Â鶹ֱ²¥â€™s Master Plan is a living document that provides an overall vision that will evolve to align with organizational goals and objectives. It will guide development – new and renovated buildings and spaces – over the next decade, to help us anticipate changes and trends and position Â鶹ֱ²¥ for long-term growth.

This Master Plan grew from consultation on the ideas and dreams for our College and is the collective vision for our Niagara-based campuses.

In alignment with our Strategic Plan, sustainability, accessibility and inclusion will be top of mind as we remain committed to continuous improvement in our operational processes and standards for our buildings and facilities.

In a world of constant transformation, the Master Plan will guide us to adapt to the future needs of student and industry. In simpler terms: as the world changes, we will change with it – with this plan as our guide.

As a college community, we are excited to undertake projects that will enhance student experience, teaching and learning, and our ability to address the needs of employers locally and beyond.

Our plan is both aspirational and actionable, and I look forward with great optimism to realizing our dreams together.

Follow along as we design the next phase of Â鶹ֱ²¥â€™s campus evolution!

Â鶹ֱ²¥ acknowledges the land on which we gather is the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe peoples, many of whom continue to live and work here today. This territory is covered by the Upper Canada Treaties and is within the land protected by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum agreement. Today this gathering place is home to many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples and acknowledging reminds us that our great standard of living is directly related to the resources and friendship of Indigenous peoples.
